What exactly is a Unique Skin?
It is a unique product that takes the place of dull old faceplate's for your electronic devices. They are made of a vinyl with a non permenant adhesive backing that is processionally cut to fit your device. What makes them so unique is that you are able to customize your own device with whatever kind of graphic, text or personal image you desire.

How long until I receive my order?
Unique Skins will send out orders within 24 to 48 business hours of being placed Monday through Friday. From there it will depend on which delivery method the customer desires to use. [top]

How do I install my skin?
First wipe the device
where the Unique Skin will be placed.
Next, use caution when removing
the skin from the backing paper, so
that the thin areas of the skin do not stretch out or rip.
Take your time when applying
your skin to the device. A good way to
pick a starting point is by finding a few buttons close together on
your device and start applying the skin there.
Making sure the skin lines up with all the buttons and curves on your device, carefully apply.

Will putting a Unique Skin on my device void the warranty?
No. Unique Skins simply stick on top of your device, there is no need to take apart any of the sections. [top]

Your Unique Skin will typically last for 6-9 months on mobile phones, bluetooth headsets, & MP3 players. For game consoles & laptops expect your Unique Skin to last for years! [top]

Are the skins reusable?
No. Once you peel your current skin off of your device it can no longer be used. Unique Skins are removable but not reusable. [top]

What are Unique Skins made out of?
Unique Skins offers the most durable and highest quality product available in the market today. Other features of this high end material include pressure activation, slideability and repositionability for fast and easy applications. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours Monday - Friday. [top]

How will my order be shipped?
Unique Skins ship orders using either FedEx or USPS.
For shipments within the US we offer FedEx Ground, USPS First Class, USPS Priority, USPS Express.
For shipments outside of the US, packages will be sent USPS First Class International Mail. [top]

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is automatically calculated for by our shopping cart software. The cost is based on which type of delivery method you choose. [top]

Do I get a tracking number when my item is on its way?
Yes, for all packages being sent by FedEx and Express, an e-mail will be sent letting you know your product has been shipped along with a tracking number. Orders shipped using any of the other shipping methods will not receive a tracking number.International orders are only sent USPS First-class with no tracking number. [top]

How do I remove my skin?
Simply peel the skin off and you will be ready to put a new Unique Skin on. [top]

What is Unique Skins return policy?
Here at Unique Skins we want to satisfy our customers to ensure that you will keep coming back. If for any reason there is a defect in your skin simply send it back and we will ship you out a replacement. Because Unique Skins are custom products they are not refundable.

How can I tell what model my mobile phone is?
Most mobile phones will have there model listed underneath the battery. If the model is not listed your cellular provider should be able to supply you with this information.
